A study by the UNSSC that took place between July and December 2017 and involved desk reviews and one-to-one interviews with more than 30 key stakeholders, including senior leaders from across all five entities. The case studies are therefore based on the experiences and learning of people who have hands-on experience of designing, planning and implementing change on diversity and inclusion in their organisations. A series of group discussions held with representatives from each entity was also very helpful in providing context, making sense of the data being gathered, and providing feedback on the draft report.
