The first Voluntary National Report of Sultanate of Oman reflects an integrated progress achieved at the level of the seventeen goals for Sustainable Development, which addresses national strategies and plans that have been developed and designed to achieve them, and monitor the challenges and future plans on the road to achieving those specific targets, and reviews current practices and initiatives that It contributes to achieving national targets and priorities for Sustainable Development.

As the Sultanate presents its first Voluntary National Review to the High-Level Political Forum (HLPF) with efforts to achieve the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, it hopes to emerge through sustainable development, as well as the most important initiatives that it believes that the world can benefit from, and is confident that the exchange of countries' experiences in such High-Level Forum will play a major role in achieving the desired Goals, in accordance with the agreed Agenda.
