Committed to reducing its greenhouse gas emissions by 32 percent by 2030, Morocco has adopted an energy strategy that, in particular, on renewable energies, is a national priority by looking to achieve 42 percent of energy based on renewable energy in 2020 and launching mega projects in Areas related to wind energy, in particular.
This project concerns wind farms in several cities, including Tangier *Tangier 2-100 megawatts*, which will be operated in succession between 2017 and 2020.
This structured project will also contribute to the economic dynamism that Morocco acquaints, social and regional development, especially in the areas of direct and indirect investments, job creation, and resort to national contracting services as well as small and medium industries.
