When Armenia presented its first Voluntary National Review in July 2018, it was in the immediate aftermath of the non-violent Velvet Revolution of April-May. The first report primarily reflected on the success, achievements, and drawbacks of the previous period. By contrast, this document, in addition to covering a similar scope from the past two years, also introduces a long-term transformational vision. While 2020 VNR report pays particular attention to SDG 16, its breadth covers self-assessments of the entire SDG framework
